Case Studies

Results we can document.

Every engagement is reported as Challenge → Strategy → Production → Results. Documented engagements carry real figures. Scope models are clearly labelled and carry no performance claims.

Strategy. Production. Experience.

How we report

Four sections, every engagement

This is the reporting pack you receive as a client — and the standard we hold our own events to.

1

Challenge

The business problem behind the event — growth, hiring, retention, revenue or visibility.

2

Strategy

Objectives, audience, concept, budget model, sponsorship plan and the KPIs we agree to.

3

Production

Venue, vendors, programming, speakers, registration, marketing and run of show.

4

Results

Attendance, conversion, sponsors, revenue, engagement, satisfaction and content produced.

The Crowned Woman Virtual Summit

Nubia Luxe LLC · Multi-day virtual summit with VIP pass tier

Challenge

Nubia Luxe needed a flagship event that could grow its membership, prove its production systems on its own name, and generate a year of reusable content — without depending on a borrowed audience.

Strategy

  • Positioned the summit around one measurable business outcome: qualified membership growth, not attendance vanity
  • Built a tiered revenue model — free registration, paid VIP Crown Pass, sponsorship inventory
  • Designed a speaker roster that brings its own audience and credibility to the programming
  • Mapped a registration funnel with email, social and countdown sequences before a single asset was designed

Production

  • Event website, registration funnel and VIP checkout
  • Speaker recruitment, contracting and speaker portal
  • Sponsor and partner program with tiered inventory
  • Full multi-channel marketing calendar and countdown campaign
  • Livestream delivery, VIP lounge experience and replay library

Scope models

How each engagement type is built

The deliverables, timelines and production structures behind our most requested formats.

Scope model — not a client result
Corporate / enterprise
Typical engagement: 4–6 months

Annual Leadership Summit

Scope model · 1–2 day in-person corporate summit, 150–400 attendees

Challenge

A company wants its annual leadership gathering to do real work — align executives, launch a strategy, and retain high performers — instead of functioning as an expensive internal meeting.

Strategy

  • Define the single business outcome the summit must produce, then design backward from it
  • Audience segmentation and invitation strategy by role and seniority
  • Programming architecture: main stage, breakouts, working sessions, evening experience
  • Budget model with a clear line between professional fees and third-party event expenses

Production

  • Venue sourcing, site visits and contract negotiation
  • Vendor management: AV, staging, catering, décor, photography
  • Speaker sourcing, briefing and rehearsal
  • Registration platform, attendee communications and on-site check-in
  • Run of show, stage management and on-site production leadership

Scope model — not a client result
Healthcare / association
Typical engagement: 6–9 months

Clinical & Community Health Conference

Scope model · Multi-track conference with CE sessions and exhibitor hall

Challenge

A health system or association must deliver credentialed education, fill an exhibitor hall, and stay inside a compliance-sensitive budget — often with a small internal team.

Strategy

  • Track architecture built around credentialed education requirements
  • Exhibitor and sponsor prospectus with tiered inventory and pricing
  • Registration pricing strategy by attendee category
  • Compliance-aware vendor selection and documentation trail

Production

  • Multi-room programming schedule and speaker logistics
  • Exhibitor sales support, floor plan and booth management
  • Attendee registration, badging and session tracking
  • On-site staffing plan and room-by-room run of show
  • Post-event reporting pack for leadership and sponsors

Scope model — not a client result
Executive team / private group
Typical engagement: 3–5 months

Executive Leadership Retreat

Scope model · Destination retreat, 12–40 attendees

Challenge

A leadership team needs a retreat that changes how the team operates afterward, with hospitality good enough that no one is managing logistics in the room.

Strategy

  • Outcome definition with the executive sponsor before destination selection
  • Destination and property shortlist matched to group size and privacy needs
  • Agenda balance: facilitated working sessions, restorative programming, private dining
  • Travel, arrival and departure experience mapped guest by guest

Production

  • Property contracting, room blocks and F&B management
  • Ground transport, arrival gifting and guest communications
  • Facilitator and speaker coordination
  • On-site host presence for the full retreat
  • Post-retreat commitments document and follow-through plan

Results

This is a scope-and-deliverable model showing how we structure this engagement type. It is not a client result and carries no performance claims.
