Refund Policy

Memberships are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Digital marketplace items (templates, replays, vault content) are non-refundable once accessed, due to their nature.

Coaching, mentorship, and 1:1 bookings can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. No-shows are not refundable.

Anything outside this policy — reach out and we'll look at it case by case.
