Who is the Career Strategy Session for?
Career changers, reentry professionals, mid-career professionals preparing for promotion, executives and emerging leaders, veterans, women, and professionals who have been underserved by traditional career support. Organizations may also inquire about workshops and workforce programs.
Is this coaching or résumé writing?
It is career strategy and coaching. You leave with positioning language, a prioritized plan and an interview, promotion or transition strategy. Document rewriting is not the purpose of the session, though your résumé or LinkedIn profile is reviewed as evidence of how you are currently positioned.
I am early in my career. Is it too soon?
No. If you can name a direction you want to test or a decision you are weighing, the session is useful. If you are still choosing between fields, say so in your inquiry so the session can be built around direction rather than advancement.
Can my organization book career development support?
Yes. Submit the inquiry form and select “Organization.” We follow up about workshops, workforce programs and leadership development, which are scoped and quoted separately from the individual session.
How the session works
What are the steps?
Submit your inquiry, reserve your session at secure checkout, complete your preparation assessment and select an available appointment, attend your private session, then receive your personalized CROWN action plan.
Is the session virtual?
Yes. All Career Strategy Sessions are delivered virtually, so you can attend from anywhere. Final meeting details are emailed after you select your appointment.
What should I prepare?
After checkout you complete a short assessment covering your current role, your target role, your biggest barrier, and what the session must accomplish. Bring your current résumé or LinkedIn profile and any job description you are targeting.
What is CrownPath Career Coach™?
CrownPath is the digital preparation companion included with your paid session. Use it to clarify your value story, rehearse answers and pick one next action before you meet Yaschica. It supports your thinking; it does not replace the live session or professional legal, financial or mental-health advice.
What do I receive afterwards?
Your personalized CROWN action plan: positioning and value language, a prioritized 30-day plan, your interview, promotion or transition strategy, and the specific tools and resources that fit your situation.
Booking, payment and rescheduling
What does it cost?
The Career Strategy Session is $295, paid securely through Stripe when you reserve your appointment. Deeper, longer-term support is discussed during your session only if it genuinely fits your goals — nothing is required to get full value from the session you booked.
How far out can I book?
Appointments are selected at least 24 hours ahead and within the next 60 days, and each time slot is held for one client only.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
To reschedule, reply to your confirmation email at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our published refund and cancellation policy.
Do you offer payment plans?
The individual session is a single $295 payment. Organizational programs are quoted and invoiced separately.
Privacy, scope and outcomes
Are employment or salary outcomes guaranteed?
No. Crowned Career Studio™ provides career strategy, coaching and preparation. It does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increases, or any specific hiring outcome, and it does not replace legal, financial or mental-health advice.
Is my session confidential?
Yes. What you share in your assessment and your session is used to support your coaching. Your name and employer are never published, and coaching appointments appear on our public calendar only as an unnamed Career Strategy Session.
Will you contact my employer or references?
Never. Nothing leaves the coaching relationship without your written request.
How do you handle my information?
Your information is used to fulfill your coaching request and is handled under our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never stored by us.
