Seven-Day Crown Trial and Automatic-Renewal Policy

Eligible new members may purchase the Seven-Day Crown Trial for $7, plus applicable taxes.

The 7-calendar-day trial begins immediately after the $7 payment is successfully processed.

The trial provides limited access to selected Luxe Queen VIP features. It is a paid introductory offer and is not a free trial.

The following billing schedule applies:

• Enrollment date: $7 is charged immediately.
• 7-day trial period: Limited Luxe Queen VIP access is provided.
• Day 8: Unless cancelled before the displayed trial expiration date and time, the remaining $40 for the first month of Luxe Queen VIP will be charged.
• Future renewals: The membership will renew at $47 per month, plus applicable taxes, until cancelled.

The initial $7 trial payment is credited toward the first $47 monthly membership payment. Members will not be charged both $7 and an additional $47 for the first month.

The first regular $47 monthly renewal will occur approximately one month after the $40 conversion payment.

Before enrollment, NUBIA.LUXE will clearly display:

• The $7 amount due immediately
• The 7-day trial length
• The exact date and time the trial ends
• The $40 conversion charge
• The regular $47 monthly renewal price
• The automatic-renewal terms
• Instructions for cancelling

The member must affirmatively agree to these terms before completing checkout.

Unless the member cancels before the displayed trial expiration deadline, the membership automatically converts to a paid Luxe Queen VIP monthly subscription.

The Seven-Day Crown Trial is limited to:

• New NUBIA.LUXE members
• One trial per person
• One trial per NUBIA.LUXE account
• One trial per payment processor customer record
• One trial per payment method
• One trial per household when repeated trial activity is detected

Former paid members and people who previously used a NUBIA.LUXE trial may not be eligible for another introductory offer unless NUBIA.LUXE provides written approval.

Creating multiple accounts, using multiple email addresses, or using different payment methods to obtain repeated trial access is prohibited.

The Seven-Day Crown Trial may include:

• Crown Activation onboarding
• One Queen DNA brand profile
• Limited Queen Shekia access
• Selected Crown Atelier content tools
• Up to 20 AI generations
• Selected captions, hooks, descriptions, and marketing content
• One starter Royal Curriculum mini-course
• Limited Wealth Vault access
• Limited Queen's Circle access
• Saving and downloading eligible member-created content

Trial allowances do not reset during the 7-day period.

Unless otherwise stated on the offer page, trial access does not include:

• Unlimited AI generations
• Premium AI-video generation
• Bulk content generation
• Premium template collections
• Email or SMS sending
• Team-member seats
• Advanced marketing automations
• Full funnel publishing
• Marketplace seller privileges
• Seller payment onboarding
• Independent seller payouts
• Private coaching
• Concierge services
• One-on-one strategy sessions
• Resale or redistribution rights

NUBIA.LUXE may display excluded features inside the platform as locked or upgrade-required features.

Members may cancel before the 7-day trial expires through:

My Account → Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel Membership

Members may also use the NUBIA.LUXE customer billing portal or submit a cancellation request to support@nubia.luxe.

To prevent the $40 conversion charge, cancellation must be completed or submitted before the exact trial-ending date and time displayed in the member's account.

When a timely support request is received before the deadline, NUBIA.LUXE will honour the request based on the time it was submitted, even if support processes it later.

Deleting the application, abandoning the account, removing a payment method, or not using the platform does not automatically cancel the membership.

A member who cancels before the trial expires may continue using eligible trial features until the scheduled trial-ending date unless:

• The member requests immediate account closure
• The payment is reversed
• Fraud or platform abuse is detected
• The account violates NUBIA.LUXE policies

No $40 conversion charge will be processed after a timely trial cancellation.

After the trial ends, the account may revert to a nonmember account or lose access to paid tools and content.

The initial $7 trial payment is generally nonrefundable after trial access has been activated or used.

NUBIA.LUXE may approve a refund when:

• A duplicate charge occurred
• An incorrect amount was charged
• A charge was processed after a timely cancellation
• The member could not access the trial because of a verified NUBIA.LUXE technical failure
• The transaction was unauthorised
• A refund is required by applicable law

The Day 8 conversion payment and future monthly renewal payments are generally nonrefundable after processing, except for verified billing errors, unauthorised transactions, charges processed after timely cancellation, or circumstances required by law.

The Seven-Day Crown Trial does not include an additional 7-day refund-guarantee period after conversion. See the Membership, Cancellation and Refund Policy for all other purchases.

Trial AI allowances:

• Have no cash value
• Cannot be transferred
• Cannot be sold
• Cannot be exchanged for money
• Cannot be moved to another account
• Expire when trial access ends
• May be revoked for prohibited activity

AI-generated results may contain errors or similarities to existing content. Members are responsible for reviewing generated material for accuracy, originality, suitability, legal compliance, and intellectual-property concerns before publishing or commercially using it.

A valid payment method is required to enroll.

If the Day 8 conversion payment or a future renewal payment fails, NUBIA.LUXE or its payment processor may retry the payment.

During a failed-payment period, NUBIA.LUXE may:

• Restrict AI generations
• Lock premium features
• Suspend downloads
• Display a payment-update notice
• Suspend or cancel the membership

The member may update her payment method through the Billing page or the customer billing portal.

Trial members cannot combine the Seven-Day Crown Trial with another coupon, promotion, founding-member offer, or membership discount unless NUBIA.LUXE expressly permits it.

Upgrading during the trial may end the trial and create an immediate charge. The amount and effective date must be displayed before the member confirms an upgrade.

Downgrades normally take effect after the current paid billing period.

NUBIA.LUXE may immediately suspend or terminate trial access for:

• Repeated-trial activity
• Account sharing
• False account information
• Payment fraud
• Chargeback abuse
• Automated scraping
• Excessive automated requests
• Unauthorised resale
• Redistribution of NUBIA.LUXE materials
• Attempts to bypass usage limits
• Harassment or community-policy violations
• Other violations of the Terms of Service

Refunds may be denied for verified abuse except where otherwise required by law.

Members may receive transactional communications concerning:

• Trial enrollment
• Payment confirmation
• Trial access
• Trial expiration
• Upcoming charges
• Cancellation
• Failed payments
• Membership conversion
• Subscription renewal

Reminders are sent approximately three days and 24 hours before the trial ends.

Members remain responsible for reviewing the billing deadline displayed in their account.

NUBIA.LUXE may change or discontinue the Seven-Day Crown Trial for future enrollments.

Changes will not retroactively alter the price or trial period already accepted by an enrolled member unless the change benefits the member or is required by law.

When this policy conflicts with a legal requirement that cannot be waived, the applicable legal requirement will control.
