At NUBIA.LUXE, we safeguard your personal and financial privacy with institutional-grade discretion. We process essential data — including account verification, purchase history, and platform activity — strictly to deliver your membership, marketplace services, and tailored AI insights. We do not sell your personal data.

What we collect

Email, name, profile photo, membership tier, marketplace and purchase activity, marketing engagement, content and prompts you submit to our AI tools, and technical data such as device, browser, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

How we use it

To deliver memberships, run the marketplace, process payments, send transactional and marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time), personalize your experience, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effect, and we do not sell it.

Third-party service providers and sub-processors

We share only the data necessary with trusted providers acting on our instructions: payment and payout processing (Stripe), cloud hosting and our managed database, transactional and marketing email delivery, product analytics, and AI model providers that generate your requested outputs. Content you submit to our AI tools is sent to those providers solely to return your result and is not used by us to train public models. A current list of sub-processors is available on request from privacy@nubia.luxe.

Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security, plus analytics and attribution cookies to understand how members find and use the platform. You may block non-essential cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies are required for the platform to function. We honor recognized browser opt-out signals where legally required.

How long we keep your data

Account and profile data is retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure, so you can be reinstated. Payment, invoice, and tax records are retained for 7 years where required by law. Marketing engagement and analytics data is retained for up to 24 months. Support and moderation records are retained for up to 24 months. Verified deletion requests are honored earlier except where retention is legally mandated.

International data transfers

We operate from the United States, and your data may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate. Where data is transferred out of the UK, EU, or EEA, transfers are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum where applicable), together with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

Your rights (GDPR and CCPA/CPRA)

If you are in the UK, EU, or EEA you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and you may withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority at any time. Our legal bases are contract (delivering your membership), legitimate interests (platform security and improvement), consent (marketing), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

If you are a California resident you have the right to know, to delete, to correct, to opt out of sale or sharing, to limit use of sensitive personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written proof.

You may exercise any of these rights by emailing privacy@nubia.luxe. We verify and respond to every request within 30 days (45 days for CCPA requests, extendable where permitted).
