Terms of Service

By joining NUBIA.LUXE Society you agree to use the platform lawfully and respect the queens in our community. Memberships, marketplace purchases, and digital products are governed by these terms.

Membership

Tiers (Queen, Luxe VIP, Legacy Elite, Millionaire Circle) grant access to the resources described on the Membership page. Access remains active while your subscription is in good standing.

Purchases

Marketplace transactions are processed through Stripe. Sellers are responsible for their listings; buyers are responsible for the suitability of what they purchase.

Subscription billing and renewal

Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis — whichever billing period you select at checkout — through our payment processor until cancelled. Your price, billing period, and automatic-renewal terms are shown before you confirm the purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to tier resources ends at that time. New members are covered by our 7-day first-purchase guarantee as detailed in our Membership, Cancellation and Refund Policy: request a refund of the first payment on your first subscription within 7 calendar days of purchase and that charge is refunded in full. Outside that window, monthly and annual renewal payments already processed are non-refundable except where required by law or where the Refund Policy provides otherwise.

Digital asset licensing and intellectual property

NUBIA.LUXE and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, curriculum, templates, and brand assets. Your membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use included digital assets in your own business. Reselling, redistributing, or publicly sharing member-only assets, recordings, or course materials is prohibited. You retain ownership of the content and brand materials you upload, and you grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, and display them for you.

Seller obligations and commission

Sellers warrant that their listings are accurate, lawfully theirs to sell, and delivered as described. Platform commission and payout terms are disclosed at listing and in your seller dashboard before publication. Sellers are responsible for fulfilment, buyer support, applicable taxes, and honouring their stated refund policy. We may remove listings, withhold payouts, or suspend selling privileges where fraud, chargeback abuse, or infringement is suspected.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: share, resell, or transfer your login credentials or member-only access; scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access to the platform outside published tools; upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or deceptive material; use AI tools here to impersonate a real person, generate misleading financial or medical claims, or produce spam; attempt to bypass tier limits, quotas, billing, or security controls; or interfere with other members' use of the platform. You are responsible for everything published from your account, including content produced with our AI tools, and for complying with the rules of any third-party platform you connect.

Community excellence and conduct

Members are held to the highest standards of integrity, discretion, and mutual respect. Any engagement in harassment, fraud, intellectual property infringement, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate termination of membership and access.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, unlawful activity, non-payment, or conduct that endangers other members. You may close your account at any time from your settings. On termination, member-only access ends immediately while your data rights under the Privacy Policy continue to apply.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform, its AI outputs, and its educational content are provided for business guidance only and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. We make no guarantee of income, growth, or specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NUBIA.LUXE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Dispute resolution and formal legal notices

Please contact legal@nubia.luxe for formal legal notices, or support@nubia.luxe for everyday matters — most are resolved directly. Formal written notices may be emailed to legal@nubia.luxe or mailed to NUBIA.LUXE LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, and are deemed received on the next business day. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without class or representative proceedings, unless prohibited by your local law. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced in-app or by email before they take effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
