What is the Empire Vault?
The Empire Vault at /library is where every digital product, course, and template you've bought lives. Old names like Purchases, My Library, and Downloads now redirect here.
Downloading files
Open any purchase and click Download. Links are signed and expire after a short window — if a link fails, refresh the page and try again.
Missing purchase?
If you don't see something you bought, check the email address on the receipt matches the account you're signed in with. If it doesn't, contact support with your order number.
Requesting a refund
Open the order inside Empire Vault and click Request refund. We review every request within 2 business days.
